Beside The Vatican is an amazing hotel! Everything is smooth - clean, and comfortable. The managers are friendly and always ready to help with advice about historical places and cafes. Alessandra gives great recommendations and prepares a delicious breakfast with warm croissants. The location is perfect - with the Vatican just a short walk away.

I chose Beside The Vatican specifically because of its great location near St. Peter's Basilica. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's free wifi throughout the property. It was convenient to stay connected and plan my daily activities easily. the complimentary buffet breakfast served in the common area was a delightful start to my day. The freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino, sweet pastries, and savory snacks were delicious and kept me energized for exploring.

Difficulty finding entrance, far from other attractions.

Great Location! It was easy to get to all the main sites and attractions within walking distance. The hosts were really helpful – offering discounts on tours and transfers. The rooms were really clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the wine and food which made us feel very welcome.

We had a small communication issue when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. The exterior of the building may not look very impressive to some people, but it certainly didn’t bother us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions, and we could easily go to all monuments we wanted to see. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, the rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the staff, who were friendly, attentive and helped us with reservations in restaurants or taxi. The hotel also provided transportation options for us.
